There will soon be application online. Until then contact membership (at) wb5spa.org and one will be sent to you. You can also pick one up at the next regular meeting. The application is to be filled out and submitted to a member of the membership committee. The form will be presented to the membership at the next regular meeting for their approval or rejection according to the by-laws. Applicant will be notified within 10 days of the decision of the membership. Dues are $20.00 per year, payable upon approval of the application.
